At MoonHost, we strive to provide top-tier game server hosting. However, if you are unsatisfied with our services, we offer a 48-hour money-back guarantee under the conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the initial purchase.
- Only first-time purchases are eligible for a refund. Renewals, upgrades, or add-ons are non-refundable.
- Dedicated servers and custom configurations exceeding 12GB of RAM are also non-refundable.
- Refunds apply only to standard game server hosting plans. Custom services, dedicated servers, and domain registrations are not eligible.
- Accounts found violating our Terms of Service will not be eligible for a refund.
2. How to Request a Refund
- To request a refund, contact our support team at [email protected] or open a ticket on our Discord Server with your order details.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
- We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
3. Exceptions
- Refunds will not be provided for service interruptions caused by user misconfigurations, third-party modifications, or violations of our policies.
- If a chargeback or dispute is initiated through your payment provider, you forfeit your right to a refund and may face service termination.
4. Policy Changes
MoonHost reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated on our website or via our Discord Server.
